You are warmly invited to join us online for this very special 49th day since Kyabje Chime Rinpoche’s Parinirvana. We are extremely honoured that Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche has very kindly agreed to say a few words in the afternoon via Zoom, which will be followed by prayers and practices.

Kyabje Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche
Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche is the grandson and spiritual heir of Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, one of the foremost Tibetan Buddhist masters of the 20th century.
Born in 1967, Rinpoche is the seventh in the line of the Rabjam succession. Rinpoche began receiving teachings at the age of three from his revered grandfather and today holds his unbroken lineage.
Kyabje Rabjam Rinpoche is the abbot of Shechen Monastery in Nepal and is the nephew of Kyabje Chime Rinpoche. He has an incredibly close connection with Marpa House.

Lama Kunga Dorje
Lama Kunga Dorje is an experienced retreat master who was appointed by Ven. Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche was appointed in 1998 as the resident lama at the Halscheid retreat centre, Karma Tekchen Yi Ong Ling, in Germany, where he has led four three-year retreats. He provides his students with instruction relevant to their practice and is available to offer individual guidance to clarify any questions.
Fluent in English, Lama Kunga’s deep familiarity with Western mentality and his generous, compassionate, and down-to-earth approach are loved by all who meet him.

We will be practicing Vajrasattva, the Four Session Guru Yoga, and Khenpo Gangshar’s Guru Yoga following Kyabje Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche’s and Lama Kunga’s advice.
